Delano was able to fit me in schedule when I called in. I didn’t plan on coming in, was planning to make an appointment. Delano encouraged me to come in and said he would get me out in an hour. I came in and was out in 50 minutes. And he gave me a discount for getting several things done. So yes, it was a good day at Norm Reeves Honda for me.
