I love my Honda. Please make a plug-in hybrid ridgeline… I really want a truck…I would love to trade my car in, but I like my plug-in hybrid technology I have in my clarity.

Thanks Arbenz for providing excellent customer service! I just had my Accord serviced last Tuesday 2/27/24 and found that the tire pressure light was on on Sat 3/2/24. I did not make an appointment and just decided to take my car in last minute after I dropped a coworker off at the dealer in the same auto center. Arbenz was able to assist me right away and all free of charge since I purchased the tires from Norm Reeves Honda just 6 months ago. Really appreciate his fast and courageous service.

Valet told me diagnostic charge would be applied to repair bill adding you could pay the fee today and return in 2 weeks and it would apply. SA refused to quote a price for clutch master cylinder replacement. 3 hours later he told me the diagnosis fee was not part of the repair of cost but said he would apply it to the repair. He made me pay it a long with a special order clutch slave cylinder. The final labor charge was 1.5 hours even though a SA said it .9 hours. Deceptive tactics, lies and things like that. I understand a diagnosis fee for a complaint like "my car won't start" where it could be multiple things. But in my case it was specific either the master of slave cylinder failed and the could of grabbed the part and fixed it. Instead they weren't ready (didn't have the part) and made me pay for their unready state
