Delano was very professional and addressed everything I needed help with. He’s took me step by step with the maintenance to be performed on my car and I’m grateful for his help.
Delano has been wonderful to work with: professional, friendly, and helpful in reviewing the needed repairs. We are new to the area and came to Norm Reeves Honda with a recent blown tire. We are choosing your location as our new primary center because of Delano's excellent care and treatment of us as customers.
The only issue was we had error messages that were addressed with a new battery and alternator but the messages did not get cleared. We were told we had to take it to an accurate dealer for those messages to be cleared our reset. So we will probably go to Acura for service next time
