Arbenz is a total pro. The guys is very hardworking and always asks "how can I help?". He always has a positive attitude and has gotten to know me over the years and knows how seriously I take my vehicles safety because I have a family. Even with his other customers, you can tell he cares in addition to being technical. He is an "A" player. Many thanks to him.

Nice customer service. I would like to complain about the waiting room. Not too many comfortable chairs. The high chairs are very uncomfortable to wait for 1 1/2 hours.
