Brandon Son went above and beyond. As my go-to Service Advisor (Mitchell A.) is no longer there, I was nervous. Kevin paired me with Brandon and he was AWESOME. He helped make sure everything ran smooth and my Honda was up to par for hitting a major mileage milestone - 100,000 miles. I appreciate having a great visit. From lining my car with plastic covers to the service, to getting it washed. It all went well and I am appreciative for Brandon's professionalism and customer service. THANK YOU BRANDON!
Great guy really worked around my schedule when I came in to drop off my car earlier than my appointment and he still helped me out and got me out quick. The tech Cameron was amazing too. He was very polite and took great care of my car. Best in the business
Luis Prado was an excellent advisor. He facilitated with good will repair of evaporator and was able to reduce cost for me. He provided continued communication about the status of the repair.
The outcome (amount of deductible)was not was I hoped for but Luis gave me contact for Honda America where I can hopefully obtain more reimbursement.
