Over all very disappointed with the service experience. Firstly the tire pressure indicator is still on after service. Not sure what was checked during multipoint inspection. Secondly waited for 2 hours to get shuttle pick up and got to know that shuttle service was done for the day. Had to take another car to pick up the vehicle. Very disappointed. Will think twice to service the car in this place.

I waited longer than anticipated for an oil change. Had a 12:30 appt and left at 3pm. I know it was busy. Delano offered me a discount for the inconvenience. He was very responsive.
