So I’ll start off by saying that I purchased the vehicle from Norm Reeves Honda back in the end of December. I came in for my free oil change yesterday yesterday and paid extra for the tire rotation. I just got home and looked down and realized nobody did the tire rotation, but yet I paid 2995+ tax for the tire rotation. I called in twice went to three or four different voicemails to try to get this rectified. I need somebody to follow up with me ASAP ****-****-xxxx as this is unacceptable when we’re supposed to try to trust the dealership that’s charging so much for services.
Initial after service issues with thermostat and vents nut seem to have resolved
