This is most expensive service, I spent $343.88, but I feel my car has so many issues and need to pay more than $2000 to fix them.
I specifically asked for drive thru carwash, was told it would be done. But it was not done.
Your automated system has bugs, I type ACCEPTED to change the windshield wiper AND engine air filter, DECLINE the others. They got a second message to pay, which I did. BUT the system did not update in time, so when I picked up my car, the air filter and wipers didn't get replaced.
Long was a great help. He’s knowledgeable and has a great personality. I had let you know I was very happy with his service.
