Sean was great at communicating, but I only got to him after two days of my car being serviced there and little to no communication with the service technician that we were assigned to. I tried calling several times over those two days to stay updated with my car, but no one would pick up. I know that there was a new system they were piloting only because Sean told me. I only got answers through Sean. Everyone else disregarded me and dragged their feet, causing a stressful time to be even more taxing. It all worked out in the end but I would definitely recommend telling the service department that consistent, thorough follow up is key. Transparency is just as important as well.
