I've gotten a few complete details for my Pilot from Norm Reeves Honda, and they were excellent. This recent one is pretty sad to be honest. Other than that, it was a good experience as usual.

Nathaniel was exceptional. He made all my questions were answered, some before I asked. A true professional. He even had my recall issue taken care even though I didn’t ask about it because I had been told by the young lady who scheduled my appointment that they would not have time to do the maintenance and the recall. My advisor, Brandon Son has provided an excellent overview and advice about what exactly my career would be needed and understood the best way to address the issues with my car at the shortest possible time with a high equality car inspection and even offered a car wash for free and they did it. Your crew are nice. Unusual these days. Having the car back clean was a nice surprise, thank you. This is the first couple of times getting my car fixed by a dealer is a new experience. Always had a small shop mechanic. Thus far my treatment has been a pleasure.
