Stephen was quick, helpful, admitted that he was new and wanted to double check the service I was requesting, and kept me apprised of me vehicle’s status. He also let me know about a broken engine mount, suggesting that I get it fixed while getting the timing belt taken care of, without being pushy; this is the type of service that I hope to encounter, and typically do at Irvine Honda
We are waiting for a part before my service will be completed. So far so good.

Great first experience with the service department. Everyone was polite. Shuttle service was awesome. Mayhieu was detailed in explaining things and was professional
I will be contacting the service department supervisor to report that after my service I noticed my coolant level at below the minimum level and no one mentioned it or even bothered to top it off. Very disappointing!
In addition, one ofthe air filter screws is missing.
Was told I would get a shuttle service home when I dropped off my car. It never showed up.
Was told I would get a complimentary car wash after my service. Definitely did not get one.
A1, 2 maintenance. Alex indicated 2 hrs for oil change, tire rotation and filter inspection and changes. Seems like a long time for that given the apptment was made days prior. Left and came back at 2+ hrs...still not done. About 3 hrs for those routine items. Could have gone to America's Tire for free tire rotation, and Jiffy Lube in under 30 min.
