Super speedy and quality service
I’m delighted with the service. However, I do not want to be peppered with multiple questionaries that require lots of time to answer.
Stephen was friendly, professional and took time to explain the services needed on my car and the ones that were the most urgent to be addressed.
Nathan was very helpful and informative on my recent visit to honda. He suggested numerous repairs to my vehicle and informed me exactly when they should be due and or if I needed them truly done. He is the prime example of a great employee.
Salesman was Ehsan, not Brandon. Ehsan was helpful, as well as Ali and Eric of Finance.
I bought a new key and then it had to be programmed. It ended up taking 2 visits and many hours due to the person who made the key at this Honda erroring and making it for a civic and not a crv so it didn’t program. Brandon did an excellent job helping to resolve and having the right person problem solve to finally figure out the problem so a new key could be made. I truly appreciated his perseverance with this situation.
Luis did a wonderful job of dealing with my warranty company and providing me with a rental car. He arranged a shuttle to take me home when I first dropped off my car AND he arranged for an Uber driver to pick me up to take me back to the dealership to pick up the rental car. My car was repaired even sooner than promised. Outstanding service by Luis and your whole team right down to my car being washed AND hand dried before I took possession of it. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Thank you Luis and thank you to the team at Norm Reeves Honda????
