The service rep was great but I’m still disappointed that my new $53000 Honda Pilot Trailsport doesn’t come equipped with its own navigation system ie gps like just about every other car we’ve had over the last 25 years

Lug nuts weren’t tightened on one of the wheels. Wheel almost fell off the car the next day.

I had asked Nathanial about the car pulling to the right as we had hit the curb hard a while back. He ignored our request and said it was the new tires but then said you did not have time to change them. Asked the manager to calle me back but ha did not.

Arbenz did a great job, and was very friendly, knowledgable, and not pushy. My only complaint is that I had an appointment, but it still took over an hour and a half for just an oil change. I was under the impression that my car would be taken care of at my appointment time.
