Love my new CRV Hybrid Touring
I needed two lengthy repairs on my vehicle where I was under a time constraint to get my vehicle back. One of the parts was not in stock at the dealership. Mike procured the part from another dealership and managed to get both repairs done in one day. Mike has been my service advisor for almost 8 years, going back to his time at another Honda dealership. When Mike relocated to Norm Reeves Honda I followed him there to have my two Hondas serviced with Mike at Norm Reeves. Mike is an excellent service advisor and has always been very helpful and informative.

I waited for the input from the service manager but that never came to, finally I had to go and check the status of my car. Secondly, I thought they mentioned about washing the car outside which did not happen too…

Fantastic and attentive service. Great knowledge of vehicle specific maintenance based on current mileage and previous service history. Very effective at communication throughout the entire service process. Appreciate the honesty and transparency during discussion about what needs to be performed on my vehicle.
I was told my car was ready at 9:17 am, and waited 40 minutes for the service center to locate my car. Stephen never told the car technician that I was declining a transmission flush so my car never was prepped to be picked up.
