It was a pleasure to work with Alex during my visit to the service center today. The work was done promptly, and he communicated with me clearly about the work involved. He also arranged a drop off at and pick up from my office nearby while my car was being worked on as I had requested. Great service all around!

Nathan was great, but the service tech who topped off my windshield wiper fluid should have tested the sprayer. That would have noticed the broken hose and saved me from having to bring the car back in. As I said, Nathan was prompt and courteous and got it taken care of.

The worker locked my door with my key inside my car. There is something wrong and something insecure. This car has safety risks. What if I get locked in the car and can't get out? I hope Honda will pay attention to this.
I was appreciative of his ongoing communication updating us as to the status of our vehicle. Additionally, due to the vehicle needing four new tires, he adjusted the scope of the service to reflect what was actually completed.
