Arbenz was not only professional, but incredibly friendly and relatable. Car talk and small talk was perfect. He made my experience seamless, and even showed me how to check my dipstick (root cause of my problem) so it didn’t happen again. 10/10 rating

Arbenz was fine. My issue is with your service people reaching out many times telling me that I am late for maintenance, when in fact, when I brought my vehicle in, the car’s maintenance notifications hadn’t even been triggered yet. On top of that, I was expecting a car wash as part of the service, but your staff had a lunch that day and couldn’t get to it. Had I known before I arrived perhaps I would have picked a different date to come in.
