The wait for fiance was extremely long. We also thought it was in extremely poor taste that OUR "new" car only had a quarter of a tank in it. Especially after we waited HOURS for fiance.Alao then the finance guy tried to sell us thing that we had already told the sales lady we didn't want. My husband finally had to explain to him everything going on in our life,like me being on hospice and dying and the fact we needed to get home and take my daughter to the hospital. If you're going to do the crap to people, at least fill up their gas for them! Will also be leaving a Google review!

Nate was awesome. Very communicative and transparent about the situation, what was needed and what was happening.
I arrived early for my 10:30am appt. After a wait I was assigned to Mayhieu. He estimated my car will be done by 3pm & to have the diagnostics preformed on my car air conditioner. I explained I had to drive to see my mom who is on hospice in Torrance & did not wish to hit traffic.
I called at 2:00 pm to find out the status on my car, especially since I needed a shuttle ride back. The receptionist stated she would get the Service Manager to call me to give me a status update since my service advisor was out to lunch. She additionally assured me she would leave a message for my service advisor at his desk.
In the meantime, I made an additional 2-3 phone calls. I requested for George to come get me. She said, he would call me when he arrives. The Service Manager or Mayhieu still had not called or were they available.
Found grease on fender
Air box (filter box ) not screwed closed
Told I need brake bulbs (all were good)
Disappointed, lost confidence in tech
