I came in for a computer software update. Computer screens going out then seeming to go back on. I get that you need to check it out, but you should have enough experience to know that this model 2016 does not need one??? You took my car and had me wait an hour, when that was the answer. Could have called your tech. Got and answer and let me make a choice.
