Hello. I am dissatisfied because of a mechanical issue. All of your staff we're very helpful and provided outstanding service. Unfortunately, on my 2024 HRV none of my electrical charging Outlets are working properly. It appears that I only get three to five watts of charging at any given time, instead of the 20 watts of fat charging that is advertised. After researching the topic I see that most other people seem to be having the same issue. I do not even know if a fix is possible, but not having car charging available is highly inconvenient. I'm interested in making some type of formal complaint to Honda to request some type of recall if possible. Thank you for your friendly service, I just wish that my problem with charging could be fixed.
JJ did great! I am unhappy with the civic AC warranty extension. The fact that not all parts were covered is extremely frustrating and makes me hesitate to buy a Honda again
