Delano took good care of me and explained what was done. The only negative thing was your Uber driver canceling while I was waiting and even called the Driver. This does not reflect on Delano bit your Uber service. Thank you

Yeah pulled up at 9am and was helped instantly and they took my car back. I went to walk around the lot to waste time while it got serviced. Car was done in 90 minutes. Molina was super quick, knowledgeable and nice. It didn’t seem like he was trying to upsell me too hard which was nice. Would totally come back.

When I got in I told the guy who was checking my car in 3 times “DO not wash my car” I told Morales who was my advisor who is very incompetent apparently to not wash my car as well. The service is done and the car has been washed! My car is damaged on the front bumper by the machine and I have swirl marks all over my car now from plastic rubbing hard on my car. I delicately hand wash my car ever since I got it brand new and this careless and unprofessional service department at norm reeves Honda ruined my experience. I need my car back at the same condition that I bought it in. Either new paint job for my car or polishing. I wish I never came there, and won’t be servicing my car there ever again. I will complain to headquarters too if my car isn’t fixed. It needs to be inspected to see what damage has been caused by the machine.
