I had never have this kind of experiences before. First when we meet with the team member, he was not polite. He didn’t listen very well what the issue was and he said ok. But when he delivered the car, he said “oh it was a different issue when I mentioned the touch panel screen is going totally black”. Anyway overall, I ll never do business with Honda Irvine. My problem was not solved and he service rep was not helpful. Overall disaster. Also when my car delivered, there was no extra sheet on the seats and there were oils on the passenger seats. Terrible terrible terrible.
