I am completely satisfied with the service at Norm Reeves Irvine. Nathaniel Arce explained everything to me. He helped me with matters on concern to me. Not only was the service quick and thorough but they washed my car which was extremely dirty at no extra charge. I highly recommend them and will continue to bring my Honda to them for servicing

I had a great experience getting my oil changed. Nathaniel got me in and out in less than 2 hours. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. The customer lounge was nice too.
