Arbenz was very friendly and communicated very well what parts were due to be replaced and what parts can wait until the next visit. Everyone was also friendly! From the check in person, Arbenz, other service advisors and also the shuttle drivers! It’s great that Honda brought back the shuttle service and both drop off and pickup are available! Thank you

As far as I know the service was mostly complete. I had asked for a car Wash and returned to have it completed. Later a not came on my dash saying my service was not complete and the oil was at 15%. I called service and made another appointment Later next week.
