Brandon continues to meet all my expectations for a knowledgable, friendly, and most importantly trusting Service Advisor for all my Honda car service needs. I’ve said it in my other reviews of him but his overall commitment to service and safety of my vehicles warrants me stating it once again - I’ve purchased several vehicles from your dealership and Brandon is why I continue to return. He is an asset to your service department and I know he will likely be promoted one day which is what I dread as I enjoy having him as service advisor. While I do not look forward to paying for service on my vehicles, I always enjoy meeting with him and chatting in general - so much so that if he moved to another Honda dealer I would consider moving all my service appointments to his new location. That simply says it all.

I really appreciated having Brandon Son as my advisor. He was easy to talk to, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and addressed my questions and conceens regarding my new CRV. I referred my friend (who i also brought to purchase a new CRV the day after i bought mine) to Brandon and she was very pleased to have Brandon as her service advisor. My experience was good my service advisor was friendly and on point.my issue was resolved with my honda the service manager was great very friendly, the vibe at the dealership was great.i will be a returning customer again in the future thanks again.
