First off, service advisor, Mike Fernandez, and service tech Vanara were awesome! They made sure everything was does correctly and made me feel completely comfortable with leaving my car for service. They both delivered A+ service and both deserve a raise. I know that when I bring my car in again, I will ask that they both be the people who work on it.
Secondly, I purchased my car from Norm Reeves Irvine and it was o lot fitting that it “came back home” to get the work that it needed done.
Thanks for making sure my Honda came back to me, and thank you to both Mike and Vanara for taking such good care of concerns and my car. It’s people like them that restore my faith in dealerships. Again, they both deserve a raise.

I knew Michael from Rancho Santa Margarita Honda and hadn’t seen him in years. He’s excellent in every way! Irvine is lucky to have him. I will call him directly when I need to schedule my car service in the future.

I am still waiting to see if Honda is going to have integrity by doing the right thing ( fixing my AC Evaporator). This will be how I make future decisions about any other Honda products. I will not support a company that makes faulty products and then does not own up to their issues
It was a pleasant experience to have my vehicle serviced. I called the Friday before and was able to have my questions answered and make an appointment. When I dropped off my car Saturday morning, Jacob was helpful, friendly, and efficient. Good communication to know the status of my car and when it was ready for pickup. Thanks for the great service!
