I was very satisfied and appreciated the service I received from your service agent Jacob James. He was friendly and engaging- walked me through the repair process, explaining what needed to be fixed. I would highly recommend him to anyone. 10 out of ten! Thank you Jacob.
Jacob was great. He kept us informed during the process and worked with us on a solution. Unfortunately, the state of my car upon its release was unacceptable. However, after leaving a message for the service manager and speaking with Jacob, we agreed on a satisfactory resolution. I appreciate how quickly my issue was addressed and the communication from Jacob throughout. Additionally, Jim Saber has been involved in the experience and has truly gone above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Jim.

I was told I'd get a car wash for free and they didn't wash my car :/ But other than that everything was great! :) Everyone was super nice but still sad about the wash :(

Service is always great 12! Years there on my 08!hands accord . 3 years on my girlfriends 07 accord both v 6 . My only thought is a few things broke down that I never would have expected on a Honda accord like the crankshaft big job 1500!hundred power steering, alternate , ac relays ya a CB few bills but service was always good . Car only has what 120,000 only 08 oh well beautiful fast car
