The guy at the counter who gave me all the papers was not dedicated. He works for day by day, bad service. The brought me the car back without car carwash and I wondered that nobody care and also the counter guy. I was so updated. And I thought I will no buy Honda car anymore.

Jose was very dedicated employee at Honda Service department. He looked very tired due to attending his daughter’s illness at ER. He told me that he only slept three hours. He is a definitely valuable employee at your company. Hope his daughter is getting well soon.
