I recently purchased a set of new tires from your service center , expecting to receive freshly manufactured products, as reflected in the price I paid. However, I was disappointed to discover that the tires installed on my vehicle are over six months old. While I understand that a one-month manufacturing difference is acceptable, receiving tires that are more than six months old without any prior disclosure is concerning. I believe it is reasonable to expect transparency, especially when it comes to products that degrade over time even in storage. Had I been informed in advance, I would have reconsidered or at least expected an appropriate discount. Selling tires this old at full price without informing the customer does not feel fair or professional. I would appreciate a response explaining this situation and any steps your business will take to make this right.
