Matthew is your best asset. Truthful, transparent, excellent customer service. The best. However, I bought a 2018 civic that is a lemon. Had air conditioning fixed 4 times. Now evaporater needs fixed.. and it won’t stay fixed due to corrosive coolant that this car can not handle. Sales manager offered very little in trade in - much less than Kelly Blue Book. So…. Due to this sales manager taking NO responsibility for selling me a dud 2 weeks before “extended warranty “ was offered, Honda not willing or able to fix the car, and sales manager lowballing me with low trade in…. I am purchasing a RAV4…, will not purchase Honda again.

I truly appreciate the honesty and the overall feeling of respect, accountability, appreciation. Michael will forever be my go to guy for all Car related issues with Honda. This is an issue that should’ve been taken care of 10 years ago by the crew at Norm Reeves Honda but no one told me about the recall they just put Freon in my car and I waited another nine months. The recall would’ve expired And I’m sure the cost would’ve been through the roof. Thank you for the respect and honesty that I deserve and appreciate.
