My car came in for various service recalls…was returned to me with most recalls done except for the passenger / driver seat buckles done. Was told by my advisor that it was all performed. Recall site still says it has not been fixed. Also, the front driver wheel had 2 lugs that were cross threaded / stripped costing me $280 to fix.

I purchased my used "14accord from a dishonorable used dealership in 2023. I inherited a car with multiple faulty parts and expensive problems. Being a disabled female has its challenges with a restricted living budget. I appreciate Oscar and mechanics honesty to bring my car back to a reliable functional automobile. Its been challenging and so expensive. Im in debt behind this hardship but thankful. Joe in the sales dept even attempted to get me out from under my existing bad contract but my credit score and outstanding balance wasn't favorable at this time. My credit took a hit after so many repairs to pay out and I wasn't able to keep up with high monthly payments of $625/mnth along with repairs. Lesson learned I will never purchase used! I appreciate all the Freeway teammates professionalism and I hope honesty was granted on me! Respectfully Pamela ????

I am glad to meet Michael Miranda again, he is friendly, professional and trustworthy. Previously he fixed the engine oil leakage, air conditioner, etc. for my car, he did great jobs for all of his services, that’s why every time when my car has trouble I call him to make an appointment. Getting tired of always being upsold extra services. Not sure it is always needed. Seems like every visit. I have bought Honda's and after 10 years thinking of changing dealers. Your team is helpful and friendly no complaints. But again I believe that I am always being targeted for upselling when I come in for routine service.
