Erick did a great job with communication and planning the part i needed there to arrive on time with my limited schedule (Saturdays only)
He has helped me in the past on other issues and it was nice that I could just text the Honda Assigned number for him to plan everything. Not 1 phone call was needed. We got everything in a timely manner through text's.
That's was really cool to just hit my last Honda contact to text my issue and for them to schedule me.

This morning my tires are all at 29-31 psi cold. How can that be if they were checked during yesterday’s visits? They are supposed to be 35.
