I had appointment today at 8 AM for oil change when I got there a guy came to me an I told him that I had appointment for oil change and to check the battery and he said ok i wait there 2 hours after that they they text me to let me know, my car is ready when is insai to pay when I saw the paper, they didn't do the oil charge they only check the battery i didn't say nothing because in a hairy.
You guys mecánic socks a car wit 68000 mileage can not have fail transmision sorry I will never buy another honda
I’ve been servicing my car at Freeway Honda for about 15 years and Saib has always been very knowledgeable, very friendly and very professional. I wouldn’t take my car to get serviced anywhere else and I live in Riverside. So you know that speaks volumes when I have a Honda Dealership 5 minutes from my house, but yet I still make the drive down to Santa Ana to go here. Thank you for the years of great service and I will continue to take my vehicle to Freeway..

Actually on my last service prior to today I was very disappointed with my service representative and how I was treated. I questioned if I should switch service to Irvine Honda.
