Was given different prices on updating the software to my vehicle at the store. Had to explain myself multiple times about my order with dream shop Honda. Understandable staff regarding it however
I’ve been to this location several times and I’m familiar with the process. However, lately I’ve noticed a decline in how things are handled. In the past, the check-in person would walk around the car with me, check for scratches, and personally introduce me to the service advisor it felt more organized and attentive.Matthew is always great and provides excellent service. during today’s visit, when my car was ready, I went to the service area and was told to go to the cashier. The cashier then said she didn’t have my paperwork and sent me back to the service advisor, who said he had already printed it. It turned into a back-and-forth situation the same issue happened with the diagnostic report that wasn’t given and didn’t explain what has been done to the vehicle etc. I’ve noticed this kind of miscommunication tends to happen when I’m assisted by Erick. He’s a nice guy, but I think there’s room for improvement in efficiency and coordination to make the experience smoother and keep customers happy

Even if is understandable that didn’t have an appointment that I missed at 11:00 am and still show up at 12:10 pm because a person in service when I called around 10:00am even do was very ridiculous I had to wait 3:40 hrs for just simple oil change.its not acceptable.
