Erik was great, along with the service tech, the problem was that I had an appointment at 915am, Ai arrived at 840am and a basic oil change to over 3 and a half hours. I understand there were alot of customers, it was really busy, but if someone has an appointment then that timebe honored. It's like going to a appointment at the Dr. And sitting in the lobby for 3 and a half hours before being seen. Very unprofessional

Teressa did a great Job but the technicians behind the scene left my car in a mess in the inside like someone broken in and try to find something. Stuff shuffled around under seat and over back seat

I was expecting the stuff put back in place if they were to be moved professionally.
As to the gasoline smell it still very strong , I have to keep my garage door open tonight hoping to go away by the morning . Thank you
Teresa was very open to discussing any topics related to the car even if it was not related to my visit, helping me to understand car maintenance as a new car owner. She was also very efficient in solving my concerns with the help of her colleague and gave me plenty of resources both regarding the car and Freeway Honda's customer resources.
I felt very welcomed. Matthew was very kind, was quick with service and was very nice to add some extra work I needed on my car even though 3pm is the cut down time. I was very appreciative of his service!
