The whole process was efficient and every staff member was very polite and friendly.
Check in process was very disorganized and when I came back to pick up car I waited 10-15 minutes for them to bring my vehicle out. I sat in waiting area and finally a tech came by an asked if I was waiting for my car. He went and checked and told me my car was up front in the guest parking and went to go find my keys. Entire process seemed very unorganized
