Hace 2 semanas me presente para decirles de 1 problema en mi carro me dijeron que si no tiraba aceite o marcaba un sensor no podían hacer nada, regrese la semana pasada a hacer cambio de aceite y me tuvieron ahi desde las 8 de la manana asta la 1 de la tarde nadie me dijo lo que pasaba asta que les pedí que me llevaran a mi casa y el carro no lo arreglaron, el sabado llame por la pieza que ivan a areglar a mi carro y me dijeron que lo llevara de lunes a viernes y ellos lo solucionarían en 2 horas ,fui el día de hoy lunes , perdí mi día de trabajo para que me dijeran que la persona que me atendió no estaba que si podían lo arreglaban hoy o si no asta mañana me lo entregarían, siempre había tenido un buen servicio, pero no entiendo que les paso
It was great dealing with Oscar. The technician working on my car was a great guy. Enjoyed the drop off and pickup from my home. Loved it.
