The employees are kind but the service is below par. After $4,000.00 of work to repair an engine we were told needed major repairs after breaking down we were told all set and good to go. Only two days later the car died from a drained battery. The battery was only 18 months old and showed no failure beforehand. Likely something was not connected securely after the engine work but of course we were told batteries do this and it was not a fault of negligent work so we needed to pay even more. The car does not feel like it did before and very suspicious it was not repaired fully. In addition to this there is evidence someone was in the back of my car while it was being serviced maybe napping, having lunch, or watching videos on my DVD player; the seat was reclined and the sun shade was up in the back. I feel disrespected, taken advantage of and scammed. To bring this to a mediocre experience I would like the over $200 we had to pay for the battery refunded back so the battery is complimentary to make up for this treatment.
