I come here all the time and this time i felt like i was not told what my vehicle needed at all and just told me to go pay at the desk. Would have appreciate a more respectful service, no need to be rude!

The climate control system is malfunctioning. The technician checked the AC. The AC is working. That was a necessary waste of time. My warranty runs out tomorrow. And the work I brought the car in for was ignored.

I asked for to be taken home and it took them 45 minutes to get me a ride. Than I asked one of the drivers and my name wasn’t even on the list. I wasn’t given a report on my vehicle until the very end . I usually get a tire inspection, battery and a couple of other things in the beginning. I’ve been coming here for 2-3 years and this was the most disappointing service I have received.
