Great customer service! Oscar was very helpful and accommodated my needs with the rental car and by having a driver come for me when the shuttle was delayed. This is the kind of service I’d expect and keeps me as a loyal customer.

The car still smells so bad and the air freshener that you sprayed around the engine already evaporated. I’m sure you read my bad review on Google. I will keep writing bad reviews until something is done by the rotten management.
