My appt was at 730am and I arrived at 720 did the paperwork and when I was leaving my car was already taken to the back. It took 5 hours to just do an oil change and change my break fluid. Not sure why it took this long for something so simple. I never waited this long. My whole morning I was not able to do nothing because it took 5 hours. Not happy with that service. Thinking of going to another Honda dealership and try their service.

Jeff was attentive and communicated well to figure out the vehicle’s problems. He understood the need to expedite the paperwork once the service was complete. I have always been a bit skeptical about getting services at the dealership due to the myriad of recommended services in the last that seemed unwarranted at another dealership.
My experience with Jeff has restored my faith in getting my vehicle serviced. From now on, I will always seek service at Freeway Honda with Jeff. I feel my car is in good honest hands.
Thought I didn’t like Honda policy of covering only my car’s Condenser without all parts damaged because of faulty parts!! Erick has been exceptionally helpful and understanding
