I was greeted with a courteous smile and all my needs were thoroughly explained and attended to in a ver satisfactory manner. I was informed in every steps of the way and the entire process was seamless. Oscar comes highly recommended for his zeal and capacity to get the job done. It a great pleasure visiting Freeway Honda. Could not have been such with people like Oscar and his colleagues' kind care to customers.

The hood was not latched securely. It could have popped up and cause serious injuries and damages to my family. The carelessness could have been the detrimental to me and my family. The service rep lied several times to me regarding providing me with a loaner call and wasted my time. I had to go back at the end of the day to get a loaner that should have been given to me. Also he lied that there was a car wash facility at the location. However all my previous services it was always washed.

Erik was fine. But I thing the tech overdiagnosesed what was wrong with my car and tried to sell as much service as he could. This is one thing I hate about bringing my car to dealerships and not a way to build trust with a client. I am well aware this starts with management at the top. Also, I picked up my car this morning and had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to bring it out. I had to call the cashier twice to see where it was.
