Kenya Adame is a very kinda and professional person. She went above and beyond her job. She helped with putting on my new wiper blades that were broken. She is very professional and extremely helpful. Please acknowledge her professionalism and thank her for helping me out in this frustrated situation of having to wait 3 hours just to have 1 tire replaced. Which could've been taken care of and out of the dealership within an hour. But took 3 hours. Not very satisfying. Thank you Kenya for making it a little easier to deal with.
