All the time I have brought my car to have the oil changed at the Honda Deeler in Santa Ana and today, July 19, 2023, I took my car to have it serviced and they tell me that the oil pan where the screw enters is being swept and they are the only ones who have changed the oil for a long time. The technicians who do the job are incompetent. And they charge a lot of money for doing a very bad job

Oscar is wonderful. I always ask for him. He looks ahead to keep my car running well and safely for the long term. I trust that he will do what should be done, and won’t do what isn’t necessary. He explains clearly so I can understand.
When I was driving my brand new Civic (less than 300 miles on it), a lot of warning lights came on all the sudden. I called the service center and they took my car in right away. They checked and worked on my car and I was able to get my car back 24 hours later. They sent me a Uber ride for me to pick up my car when it was ready. They sent me update texts as well.
Well for starters no one communicates with you about what’s wrong with your car. You have to physically call to ask questions and talk to someone. The second thing is I was told by my technician on the phone that I owed nothing due to the issue being covered under warranty and when my husband goes to pick up my car and he’s told he owes $168 for parts. Thirdly this is the second time I bring my car for the same issue and finally it gets fixed. I’ve complained about the driver door not wanting to unlock when I used keyless/remote entry. Now it was spotty to unlock and lock without my having to manually do it just on my driver door. And finally I am happy it is fixed but this shouldn’t be hard to get a simple thing fixed.

I wasn't disappointed with the service that Jeff gave me per se. I was disappointed in the fact that he told me upper management had been cutting costs by sending home shuttle drivers by 230 pm which meant there was no shuttle pickup after that time. I have been coming to this dealership for about 10 years and this was the first time I had heard about this.
