Oscar was phenomenal. I did not have a good experience in December of 2022 with a different employee but Oscar 100 percent made up for it in the last couple of days and I will be returning to get my car serviced in the future. I really appreciate that he helped to rebuild trust with freeway Honda. I was planning on never returning but Oscar turned all of that around.
