He was very helpful and explained everything about the services well
He was friendly and very helpful. I asked him if by any chance they had any spoons since I brought with me a cup of cereal and forgot my spoon. He went out of his way and provided me with a spoon. That for me is customer service that speaks more than anything else.

Mathew was so patient and worked with me to find the solution to the mysterious noise my car was making. The service tech whose name is Matt too was very nice and did not act like I was crazy hearing this mysterious noise. They both worked to solve the problem and I greatly appreciate that.
Oscar made me feel so welcomed, as I recently moved from out of state. The facility is clean and organized. I appreciate that Oscar was able to answer any questions I had objectively. The timing of the service was great as i'm always concerned about waiting long periods of time at the dealer as i've done in the past and wasting my day. not to overlook that the gentleman who greeted me at the car was extremely friendly and kind for it being so early in the morning. I didn't get his name but he had a hat dark hair and piercings. I appreciate his positive energy and set me up to have a pleasant experience at this honda dealership. I will be sure to return for all my cars needs.
