Matthew made easy, let me know of an issue I needed to fixed right away. Ordered the part and had me scheduled for the next day to get it taking care of. Everyone I deal with at Freeway Honda keeps me coming back. I live closer the Long Beach dealership, but you guys are way better. Thank you and keep up the great work!!

Matt was great and it is not about service advisor. It is about your appointment system. I filled out the reservation form online and I got a message that I have 10:15AM but when I got there and said I have a reservation, I heard it is too busy and it doesn’t matter if I have one or not. I understand but if a reservation is no use, i think reservation system should be removed. Thanks
