I came in for a recall notice ant 7:45am via appointment today and brought a mailed in Honda service coupon with me. Oscar was very nice and friendly at first and explained that if I needed a brake fluid replacement, the coupon would cover $119. He also told me that it would take 3 to 4 hours for the recall replacement. I did not receive the multipoint inspection notice until 2pm and saw that my car did in fact needed a brake fluid replacement so through text, I approved the process as I made my way back to the dealership. The car was not ready until nearly 3pm. On top of that I was surprised to find out that I was not able to use my coupon. When I asked Oscar, he told me that I needed to present the coupon before the process is done so he could have placed the price before. I do not understand how I was supposed to present the coupon through replying the multipoint inspection notice? And it’s hard to believe that there is no honour system to help adjust the price at the cashier after. He was completely dismissive and did not even try to solve this problem. Shrugged and walked away. Extremely disappointed.

The warranty for the oil change was very quick. Toyota gives you up to 2 years of free oil changes. I've only had my car for a year and I already had to pay for an oil change. Honestly, they're wrong about that.

Kenya is wonderful. My issue is that no one corresponded with me about the belt that needed to be replaced every 7 years - good thing I came in for something else! And, I had service a week ago (strike plate replacement) and no one said anything about the belt. I came in for the recommended services so I’m disappointed to receive such a big expensive dangerous notice - thankfully before an accident! Doesn’t make me trust your service.
