I let him know that right front tire had a slow leak. I have to add air every 7 or 8 days. He said that they checked the tire and said there is no slow leak in that tire. Now do you really thing your service technician did a though check on the tire? That is why I was not happy with my service experience today.

I had an appointment at 8:45 am. We had not received a call or text or anything all day. I called service at 3:30 and left a message for Hector to call me back. He didn't. My husband called back at 4:15 and He tor said they're still looking at my car and they won't be able to fix it today. He couldn't tell us what was wrong or how much it cost. My car was at service all day Saturday and they didn't fix anything. I have to bring it back another day. I made an early morning appointment to get my car fixed and they didn't fix anything. The communication was terrible. I am very frustrated & disappointed.
