On the paperwork it said they will check the tire pressure. I got into my car a day after my appointment and got the low tire pressure warning. Was my tire pressure actually checked during my appointment?

I took my Odyssey for a diagnostic 4 hours later I received my diagnostic. Service advisor never kept me updated. I showed up to dealer 3 hours later advisor said he will have a answer in 20 minutes. No courtesy update once the 20 mins passed. 47 minutes later he approaches me and gives me my diagnostic. I actually spoke to Service manager before I left and asked him what can be done if I wasn’t satisfied with the service and the diagnostic. I didn’t really get anything out of him, he did tell me was to write down customer relations number and I walked away.
