I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 11:15am and waited two and a half hours for an oil change. When I asked and checked on my car to see if it was ready they hadn’t even started to work on it yet. So I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to do it. I was very disappointed.

I always feel so welcomed and well taken care of here with you guys at Honda. Adrian was very kind to check my tire to double check there wasn’t anything in there, since that was the reason for my visit. & then Saib was very friendly like always! Gave me an explanation on everything! Thank you guys

Oscar could not have been more perfect. Great customer service! Also he introduced me to the mechanic, Tim, who was the same way. He showed pride in his work and saw I had been waiting for my car out front and said, "I will go get your car." These guys deserve a raise!

The car smelled really bad like wet rags. They gave me the car with almost no gas and no explanation as to why nor was anyone willing to provide a resolution. By the time I left the parking lot the gauge said zero miles for the range. I was told I’d get a CRV loaner car but instead got a dirty HRV. Brand new Pilot Trailsport with less than 4000 miles on it and it spends 10 days in the shop while I’m paying good money. This is complete BS. Piss poor customer service. I will be filing formal complaints.
